Accomodation Prices and Reservation for Seminar participants

Some Seminars require a reservation through the organizer of the Group. For all other reservations, please fill out this online reservation:

All-inclusive Prices* (TTC) per Person per night

These daily fixed prices per person include a 40€ food value of 2 buffets, a breakfast, Tea/Coffee, fruits and a pause. (There is no refund for any meals not taken)
Please note that bedding is provided for all categories except camping. Towels are only provided in rooms with private bathrooms and not for reservations in a shared bathroom.

*Important Info: Beginning 1.1.2019, we are required by french law to add a 2% Tax de Séjour per person and night to the the non-food and room portion of the package Prices. When we have released the 2019/20 prices by mid-2018, before the announcement of this tax was released, we did not incorporate it in those prices. These now are the new adjusted prices.

Bed Sharing
I prefer sharing the room with Mrs/Mr (This option can not be guaranteed)
I prefer a big double bed sharing with Your name needs to be confirmed by the person you suggest,- in writing as well). If the name field is left empty, you will be assigned a single bed.

EXAMPLE FOR A Typical WEEK-END COURSE: Arrival before dinner on friday and departure on Sunday after lunch = 2 full board and no additional meals. There is no Refund for early leaves or meals not taken within your regular program period. We will not guarantee those additional meal without prior confirmation through us. There is no refund on any meals not taken

Thank you for reserving your shuttle ride 24 hours before. There is a surcharge of 10€ per car for Shuttle services between 8pm and 8am. Cancellations less than 2 hours before arrival will be charged. Pls inform us about any delays of your train at least 1 hour before at +33644980435.
